It is a great opportunity to purchase beautiful plants, vegetables and herbs to plant in your garden or to give as gifts. We also have garden raffle baskets as well. All proceeds benefit the program at the Children of Promise Stable, Inc. We look forward to seeing you there!

It was a wonderful event with well over 150 people in attendance. Admission tickets sold out fast! It was a fun and successful evening with live music, food and drinks, over 40 raffle baskets,as well as, other prizes. Many people participated in the famous Kentucky Derby Hat contest. It was hard to pick a winner. We thank the following members of our community who have helped to make this a very special evening in support of the Children of Promise Stable. We extend special thanks and gratitude to the Knights of Columbus and Paul Bailey for allowing us to hold our event there and being so gracious to us, Munnos of Pearl River, TASC students from St. Catharine’s that volunteered to help serve food, the rocking live music by the Under Cover band, Children of Promise Stable Board of Directors and everyone else who worked so hard to help make the evening so successful. We hope to see you all at the May 7st, 2011 3rd Annual Kentucky Derby. Please save the date! We will keep you posted with further details.

Caitlin O’ Hara loved and rode horses. We thank her family members for the generous donation they have made in her memory to our therapeutic riding program through the Caitlin O’Hara Foundation. The Children of Promise Stable have presented a plaque in her honor which hangs alongside her picture in our barn. Caitlin’s memory will live in our hearts every day as we work with our special needs individuals and our wonderful therapeutic horses.
